How do the test kits arrive?
They arrive by courier, normally, ParcelForce or DPD.

I want to buy these to keep in case we get the virus. What is the expiry date and what is the shelf life?
The test kits will last for 6 months
How do we return them?
Once you have completed the test, insert the pathoseal bag into the transportation box which should then be put inside the postal envelope provided and taken to your preferred transport company to be sent to the address detailed on the envelope.

What is the time scale for a result?
You will receive the results within 3 days of the lab receiving the sample.
How will my test kit arrive?
Our courier network is changing rapidly. They will arrive securely, via Fedex, DPD and Hermes.
If you have any doubt?
As per the current Government and NHS advice, use the NHS 111 online coronavirus service if:
- You feel you cannot cope with your symptoms at home
- Your condition gets worse
- Your symptoms do not get better after 7 days
